Cinquain (5 out of 5 so far for NaPoWriMo)

I can be rather obvious too, so my poem, written as a cinquain for the fifth day of NaPoWriMo, is about, well, a cinquain. Here goes.

Let’s see.

First two, then four,

next six, then eight – with stress,

then back to two again: Cinquain.

Got it!

    • Hello Donna. Thanks so much for the nice compliment. I see from your blog that you are an aspiring novelist. I am a writer. In addition to poetry, I do several columns, (WXEdge.com, Storychip.com, etc.), have written one textbook, and recently a novel, “Amanda’s Room,” and am currently working on my next novel. Have you finished your novel yet?
